And yes i'm not expecting to sell this via forum. I'm trying to use this old community in order to find someone interested in titles Z class with an avarage paid rate of 86% of the value.
So something like Triple A rate but for assets.
If someone is able to close this will be paid as business agent with a right %.
The problem at the moment is only COVID-19.
Due too the restrictions and quarantine process in order to cross borders the asset owner is facing issues in order to bank those assets in the usual way.
So a private transaction, in respect of the regulations of the international law, should made this possible in a "smart" way, without the need to move around the globe.
So everyone interested to a long term investment is appreciated.
But you have to disclose details and information about it through them. Anyway, good luck with it and I hope that this ain't sort of scam that revolves on the internet.
Thanks and yes no scam since we will provide all documents regarding the assets and we are available to any kind of (legit) verification and first person meetings.
So everything will be treated as any kind of normal transaction.
