I guess this is what the OP means to pay to his participants by giving them with the good and right amount of stakes after they make enough money if the project is successful. But what if the project didn't get successful? How would he pay his participants with a reasonable price? IMO he's just in a fresh start and not having any team yet, that's why he's asking it here.You were just in a long, long way OP to start it. You will need to build a trust to your team before you go into developing a project.

Since this project is your dream for the past two years, you should actually put your whole energy and technicality into it in other for it to succeed. The are many vacancies in what you have listed an I think is going to cost you good money and since you are the developer, you should be ready to spend more from the beginning and then get your reward after the coins has been listed in exchangers site. Another thing you will need consider is if you idea is unique aND there are areas in it were only you can develop.

haha no no will thats is just i am using my account to earn and finance the project i am using every means to put great amount of money in my own project.

I advice you don't venture into this unless you are fully versed with at least some of the skills and knowledge you have listed for requirement. Apart from the initial finance, assuming you have the means as you did not ask for a financier
you are outsourcing all that is needed for a crypto project, which is not wise as there is a chance that you may be fooled in the long run. i have some skills and requirement in fact i have all of them but i cant handle the project alone. ultimately it will become so big that one or two cant handle. i will be looking for initial investors yeah but asking for money without a team seems unreliable to people. they say - do you wanna beg money for your project ? blah blah and that is not even the last thing i wanna do. after the roadmap and whitepaper will be finished you will get you know what i am getting into . if nothing goes South this will be the biggest private blockchain project.

people fool others for money and i do not want to make money alone will compensate other more than fairly.
plus after the ICO i am gonna test and run the project related softs and hardware more than 100s time myself to ensure user safety. there will be a close look on every bodies shoulder to keep the ico and projects clean.
