This places your soul into the blockchain (provably, as part of the key used to fund the colored coin) to be traded on the open market. Then you will be invited to buy a colored coin for only the small transaction fee. You may choose to hold it or sell it for whatever price you want. You may buy other damned coins from others for whatever price they set. This is a special offer for disciples only. The general damnedcoin offering has other requirements as spelt out on damnedcoin.com.

The damnedcoins themselves are merely a contract with Mephistopheles for your soul to become the property of the coinholder. Mephistopheles doesn't get your soul until you have enriched yourself with the benefits of this Faustian deal. Of course as with the story of Faust by Goethe, there are always loopholes.

This is a Bitcoin Colored Coin, there isn't a section for Bitcoin 2.0 yet.

This is a straight forward Chromawallet (as created by Killerstorm) colored coin distribution. It resides on the Bitcoin blockchain. It's not a Proof-of-Stake, except for your soul.
