How to set up a development environment for Android wallet ?

The founders of the BeaverCoin project would like to provide an Android Wallet to their users' mobile devices. Since none of us has sufficient experience with developing in an Android environment we are looking for someone who could develop such an Android-Wallet for BeaverCoin. It is important that this wallet works decentralised via peer-to-peer technology, similar to the Bitcoin Wallet for Android.
As BeaverCoin is based on Litecoin (scrypt), you are free to use the source code of the Android Litecoin Wallet, which again is based on the Bitcoin Wallet mentioned before. We will provide you with our specifications in order to enable you developing an Android-Wallet for BeaverCoin.
