Meh, I wouldn't be able to pay them without the withdrawal. Plus, I can remove the number and attach another via email.
OK, if you have it all figured out, go for it. Since its clearly a service for Chinese people only, you would be breaking T&C + possibly Chinese law by doing this. So open to blackmail / account closure in that respect as well. But whatever ....

I would be paying about 0.03-0.05 bitcoin it would be used only once or twice (depending on how many text messages recieved during the process. Probably one to attach the phone, and another to withdraw the funds)

The coin I want to sell are only available to sell on a chinese exchange. I need a chinese phone number that can receive a text message with a code and tell me the code in order to transfer coins out of the account. I would pay a % of the coins that I sell on that exchange.
