Again, why are you guys just dropping in without giving what kind of qualifications that is needed to be your Community Manager. Are you willing to accept newbie then without prior experience? This is like opening a job, you need to put the job description so that it will save you and the applicants a lot of time. I guess you will need to filter it out eventually, but at least those applicants who are not fit or qualify will not apply to your opening.
