What back end language are you looking at developing in?
Are you paying, or just issuing tokens?
We are paying in crowdfunding commision and if you stay on long enough, coins. We want team members who believe in the project.
So if your crowdfunding does not go well, the developer gets nothing?
You should indicate how much work is involved before the crowdfund so developers are aware what they are risking.
We are asking for developers who will believe in our project, If you would like to learn about our project then please, by all means, join the discord. But since we have no available funds at the moment this is our offer. We already have a few developers working for this.
A lot of developers like myself,aren't really fond of working for tokens or any other valuable reward which doesn't hold any value currently.

It is very risky to ask for payment in tokens specially if you as a developer don't get money straight away. From the moment you start the project to the moment of successful crowdfunding devs have to have money to support themselves in order to work full time on your project + at the end of the day they are not certain what will they get. I am not sure that you can get a lot of applicants for this job.
It will be difficult for you to find quality developers with such approach. Maybe you should think about paying real money for real work.
