We are looking for Private Equity of 300.000€ for a Real Estate/Cannabis/Blockchain Hub in Catalonia. We are currently 4 team members and have been active in the blockchain and cannabis market for over 2 years. I myself was project manager of one of the largest crypto-mining farms in Austria and would now like to start a hub+company with my 3 colleagues. Our core areas are: Software development, hardware engineering, web development, Web 3.0, NFT (Ethereum 1155.1404 Standard), hydroponics, aeroponics, real estate, bots, blockchain economy, economy, renewable energies, Fintech, blockchain, hemp, cbd, trading.
Our goal is to build such a hub near Barcelona to build a think tank or community locally. I have already gained experience in Silicon Valley and Crypto Valley and I am absolutely certain that such a valley in Catalonia would have very good chances of becoming a central point for people like us.
the 300.000€ are needed for:
Real estate with plots for agriculture and scaling of real estate (co-work space for new members and additional garden) (200.000€)
Prototype Aeroponics + Hydroponics + Research + Learning Platform (30.000€)
With this product, a profitable company could be founded.
Marketing for events and community building + non fungible tokens as means of payment for your own hub ecosystem (40,000€)
Remaining amount as storage for licenses, partners, hardware, etc. ( 30.000€ )
Our team can provide for itself in Catalonia and we will not pay ourselves a salary because we have an income. So we live there autag and can concentrate around the clock on the community and the hub.
The hub focuses on diversification in research and conception for innovative products/projects that are active in the field of technology and on the way to social and political change. To achieve this diversification, we apply technology and research on a case-by-case basis, depending on social conditions and our current analysis.
( from mid-November we will also be on site, initially rented to get to know the environment better )
At the moment we are looking for financial opportunities, but also for interested people who would like to participate or support us in areas like developing, research, engineering, etc.
