As you are asking for a manager by publshing a new topic, this mean you didn't contact any active manager in btt forum (there are a lot of good managers with a full time team using different advanced tools) either you contacted them with a poor offer then asking for a volenteer to do the tasks. Better making a based gloal backround about different planned tasks for your marketing model.
