Why dont you buy a virtual credit card and order pizza

I need someone to simply call and order pizza to my address.
I live near NO chain places so the only place is a local pizza parlour.
They accept credit card so I assume you'd pay over CC before they ship.
I'll pay bonus plus we will use escrow, but I won't scam over pizza.
