I have seen the most smartest hackers coming "NOT" from third world countries.Hey if you checked my Ophion accusation, dude just ran away with 17BTC and he is not from a third world country.Master-p ? Kralle ? I could name a few more who have whacked people here off for 10+BTC.I'd say most of this account hackers and phishing link attempt scammers come from the third world countries.

Hacker and scammer- there is a difference. Wink At least in skill.

And yes, there is lots of people from 3rd world countries that scam, they would do so much to get some extra $$.

Looks like 3rd world country scammer.  If anyone balks at escrow then it's pretty safe to assume their intention is to scam.
Implying that all scammers come from third world countries?
No but this one in particular writes like he's a scummy third world scammer.  I'm sorry,  I take offense at people who don't scam in their native tongue.

Well. scammers are from everywhere so its best to be vigilant and utilize an escrow(also its good to say a prayer before the trade in hopes that the escrow doesnt fuck you up)

Hi,
I will start with the fact that I was looking for amazon GC for .co.uk  and got message from wantwin (https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/wantwin-559655)

He saw my thread and wrote that he has 100punds worth amazon gc.

Ok, he wanted me to go first, but because of huge risk I demanded ecrow

Now the guy accept escrow (I said I would pay fee, so it is not a big deal for him if he is legit seller) win... 100% rate

Normally i would just leave it, but this guys is kind of seller... if he was not trying to scam me, than its okay (the behaviour was wierd anyway)... but if he did, and he would find the person that will trust him.
Also this guy received some feedbacks that confirm he may be a scammer

I just feel like I need to post it, to make people know about it and maybe get closer to this little case.

I will back my words and apologise if there will be any proof of good intensions of this guy.
