This is a pretty good offer I looked into what mine was worth on playerauctions a really good account can sell for upwards of $500 most are over $300.
The original owner can always steal the account back whenever he pleases though. All he has to do is mail them a picture of his drivers license/photo id.
Blizzard knows the guy sold the account but gives it back to him because he'll say those magic words "I was hacked"
I once paid cash IN PERSON to some kid for his account, the kid swore he was done with WoW and wasn't coming back, couple months later I couldn't login. He had stolen it back.
