Have patience because this happened to me sometimes ago and i have my coins back and i was also compensated, they have thosaunds of tickets to attend to on daily basis.
Yours will also be treated.

my ticket not responded,already 3 days, whereas that said Please give this 24-72 hrs as our tech supportHuh

If you have your ticket # i can take another look. The ticket should have been forwarded to tier 2 support it seems

Yeah I would be glad if someone could make something ticket number : #93991
