I don't know what kind of technical team they have.
I do not know if this exchange has become a scam or not? But if, in the near future, they resume the withdrawal,then the exchange will return to normal. But they have certainly lost their reputation and many investors and traders will leave this exchange. 20 days is a long time and it makes a lot of people have a headache with this problem. I have also been following this project before and realized that they had an ICO for $ 30 million. That's a lot of money for an exchange but the way they work up to now is disappointing
This exchange got a high reputation, even I saw some comparison between Binance and BCNEX! Therefore BCNEX posted their team photo and video, those were incredible! Then what happened? They can easily make money with that reputation, why they would choose to scam? I think we should give them more time and see what solution they offer! BCNEX is likely scam. I was so astonished getting the mail for the bcnex giveaway. I didn't bother to click it because I'm already obsessed with the exchange. My USDT is hanging there, I was trading BCNX/USDT earlier and when I decided to withdraw, it was "mid summer nightmare" for me. I don't know what kind of system maintenance is that, probably scam. Now they want people to deposit for the giveaway 🤔 All these new exchanges with credibility issues.

I have several assets there with BCNEX coin received from bounty campaign and still running for getting my coin every day with 5% from my reward from bounty campaign, maybe very disappointed when I can't withdraw my assets coin in BCNEX because bad thing at the future with bigger exchange market but getting problem with withdrawing. Give them more time since the 20 days is over already, i won't believe they exit scam until they actually exit scam in the end but honestly using new exchanges are far very dangerous than using old exchanges

Yahh I agree with this opinion from the first place I smell something fishy from this exchange site now people who deposite their fund cannot withdraw back to their wallet plus I noticed that this exchange site have no volume and this exchange site not yet popular so I expect that there a lot of people notbeing aware of this exchange site its better to avoid this kind of platform.
Only a fool would still deposit into an exchange where people can't withdrawal their funds. Every pointers out there suggest this is a scam exchange, the earlier the better you move your funds away from it and have nothing to do with them. I don't know what people are looking for on the exchange, no volume, not that shitcoins pumped on it like Yobit, so the risk of using it is too high as compare to the reward you get. It is just a matter of time they do IDAX

They do not have any reason to hold their customers' money in the first place unless they do not have any money left thus delaying it so they can get more money to pay their debt or making a scam exit.

If it is literally new exchange then anyone should avoid their lucrative deposit rewards because its the old school method of get scamming,or if they have certain criteria to meet to get your giveaway rewards then they should not close their withdrawal system.

the system of pending is not new . many projects that i witnessed on the past have this , some longer than 30 days where you cant withdraw anything . im thinking that they are shady but idk maybe they have other agenda on why they do it . like protecting the value of thier coin , or they could just waiting for more funds for thier costumers to do an exit scam . but the coin byetcoin was a legit coin right ? i think i have heard of this coin on the past .

Agree, now it is indeed difficult to trust a new exchanger. If I were a trader, I would prefer to trade in large exchangers who already have large transaction volumes and if I am a long-term investor, large exchangers also provide a list of tokens or coins whose projects are already running well and large exchangers will not sacrifice their reputation with the project which is not good

Nothing is impossible for greedy people particularly when it comes to money, they will always look for opportunity to deceive people and take advantage of them. It's their responsibility to fulfill their words and promises, to assure investors that they are worth it and their funds are safe and secured. They can't blame the investors for being in doubt and find it suspicious because they don't give them proper assurance. It's bad to accused and judge their capabilities to change and improve their system but they should look for some ways to fix their service because they are just making investors think that they will end up feeling remorse on trusting and believing them. That would be the best thing to do after tomorrow, if nothing happens, open a scam accusation to spread the word to alert everyone about this exchange. This exchange might have their reason for this, whatever it is, that reputation they have build will be put to waste.

OMG, so soon? Not trying to make fun of all those who still got some funds over there but i mean this exchange was everywhere during its campaign. Initially, i thought this exchange might over run Binance and some of the famous cryptocurrency exchanges in this industry but it's so sad that all these hype were all flash in a pan. I have advised myself to be very careful about all the crazy hype that some projects create about themselves yet in the end only come up with a shady project.

They probably did that on purpose to prevent the customers from withdrawing in large number and crash the price.
As regards whether it's a scam exchange or not, I would suggest you post the exchange website, maybe it's even a phishing site you sent your funds to. The giveaway thing is popular among scammers and people who want crypto ruined.

That's a scam, the team just let the use to deposit but they can't even withdrawy their money. It looks like we need some DTs to tag the main account of BCnex exchange site and then spread more awareness about that. There have been several complaints and accusations against this site for a while. If I am not mistaken, they already issued a statement but I don't think the issues are actually resolved up to the last one. I don't want to jump and say right away that BCNEX is a scam. They might only have a very poor management within. Or their personnel are not capable enough. I don't know where exactly the wrong is, or perhaps the entire team is really incompetent.
