I withdrew 100+ Stablecoins from Coins-E at a time when, unbeknownst to me, a blockchain fork was in progress. As a result, even with an updated client, Coins-E never made a transaction on the right blockchain to my address.
My warning is not so much about the screw up. Screw up happens. My warning is about them entirely ignoring my support tickets. I opened two tickets in the past weeks, and none of them received even a simple acknowledgment from Coins-E.
Is this a site you want to deal with when money is at stake? I'll never deal with them and consider my SBC loss a cheap lesson.
