Your funds are frpzen.

You probably need to do kyc (send some documents)

I've never heard of Coinbase doing that. You're either verified or you're not which to me is vastly more preferable than being kept in no man's land.

They won't tell you why your account is frozen and the likelihood is OP will be told to withdraw, go away and not come back. They won't lose any money.

I saw a user here with problems with btc from casinos, a few months ago.
Thy closed accounts in the past

Take a look here
https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/7bhf5v/coinbasegambling_site_what_exactly_happens_if/

Thy may have detected something not allowed with his account.

what can i do to resolve this. i have wrote support but got no responds
this is very annoying
Coinbase have a very bad customer service. You are not the first one who complained about it.
It may take days before they respond to you. You will have to wait.
Eventually they will ask you to verify your identity to unlock your account.

for the moment i advice you to stay clear off coinbase if you don't wan to lose your money

Not supporting Coinbase but at least they should give you a notice on why it happened. Although there are related cases in the past wherein accounts were frozen out of nowhere, on your case, we can't just conclude that it was the same. Sometimes, the user itself isn't aware that they already violate some of the terms.

You have no choice but to wait for their response. How long are you waiting now?

Update us here once they respond.

Not to hijack this thread but is there a place / thread that shows what exchanges require what KYC for what limits?
Might be nice for a sticky thread so we just have to point to it.

Raja_MBZ maintains this thread. It's not comprehensive but it lists most of the major exchanges and it has a column for KYC requirements.

Not my knowledge but it would be a pretty short thread and maybe not a great idea to give people a false sense of security. If I were on an exchange that had any hint of KYC I'd do it. The middle ground of waiting to have it sprung on you is not a reassuring place to be.

If you have not done KYC you probably hit the limit.
No KYC means no access to any of Coinbase's features as said above. Given the fact that OP has conducted transactions (see screenshot) he has walked himself through their KYC procedure already.

Sorry, I'm a bit out of date with what they require.
It used to be depending on where you were you could do basic KYC and get some really low limits and then had to give real ID and stuff like that for higher limits.

Did not know that it was 100% required now.

IF you have done KYC then you might have hit received BTC from some place they did not like or sent it to some place that they did not like.
That's the most likely reason. However, OP will not find out what caused Coinbase to restrict his account. Coinbase most likely does that to not give their users an edge over their security system, which is lame because you want to be as transparent as possible towards your users so they don't make the same mistake twice, which could result in account termination.

How long have you had your account?
Did you do KYC yet?
How much have you put though it if you have not done KYC?

And you think this problem is new?Coinbase has been blocking accounts for years.
They blocked my account back in 2016,but the issue got resolved.I was lucky because I had only a really small amount of bitcoins in the account.I don't use Coinbase since then.
Their customer support is helpful, but you will have to wait for a response.Coinbase has millions of users and their customer support agents can't handle all the upcoming requests in a timely manner.
Are you ID verified?

Coinbase is an exchange, not a wallet, you should never leave your funds there.

Your funda are now hostage unil you do whatever they want...

Coinbase should only be used to buy or sell crypto. Then you should immediately withdraw when.

Ow that was problem. I didn't encounter those kinds of problem way back before and even right now at the present time i didn't encounter any problem about coinbase specially sending bitcoin to other user actually when i read your thread i eventually try to send bitcoin and some ethereum to my friend to just check if it will happen also to me but there's no necessary problem occurring in my account go try on your mobile phone to login your coinbase account and check it again if there would be a problem on sending.
