Wow your long-term memory must be playing tricks on you. When you first introduced the referral system back in November it clearly stated that affiliates will earn 50% of the site profit made from each of the referrals' bets for life. The new referral bonus that you are talking about was a promo for the first couple hundred new sign-ups globally. Are you telling me that my referral ads0401has made those commissions from referring other players under themselves? Some next level MLM going on in here  Grin Please explain the commission amounts in these 2 screenshots to me. You trying to retrospectively change ToS terms on referral commission from 2 months back is a disgrace to your business.

But Bitbrawlers you also forgot to remove the legacy referral system still present on your website as we speak. Taken just now screenshot as  evidence:

You are correct here, I was under a misunderstanding that this comission was generated from no-deposit players. After looking into it deeper, I see our team made a mistake when adjusting this yesterday, this commission should have been added to your account without rollover requirements.

If you actually took your time to read my responses in the referenced thread and not just typed out your post to pad your post amount and get some satoshis from your signature campaign you would have noticed that I actually dropped my advertisement for them not long afterwards and warned the community about the problems present. And by the way I have actually read the ToS and there is no rollover requirement for referral commission. Next time before posting use your reading skills.
Regards.

The vast majority of the commissions for this player were $2 for "No deposit" bonuses earned by the player. These have a 25x Rollover requirement as was originally explained in the home page of the thread as well as our Terms Of Service.

This player has used overtly aggressive tactics from the beginning. We fully admit our site had some issues at launch. This is why it was originally advertised as a "soft launch" and we have only officially "Opened" in the past week

You could have just responded by saying there was no rollover requirement in their TOS and I had supported you. Based on your attitude now, well, not surprised you advertised them for a few bucks. Smiley

Rollover requirements for affiliate commissions are definitely "unusual" and not cool - Having been an affiliate myself for many years, I had seen it all (I thought).

My 2 cents: Why are you promoting site with so many bugs/glitches/problems in the first place? Why recommending it to anyone? Yeah, obviously for the money because - you have said that yourself - the affiliate commission was generous. While this doesnt really have anything to do with your accusation, I would really ask you (and everyone else actually) to give some thought as to who you promote - there is nothing worse than sending innocent players to sites with problems and/or shady sites.

Now getting concrete: I am not sure this is a real scam... Yeah, definitely some bad business practice. Did you read their terms? Did they add that rollover requirement afterwards?

What happened:: So around last November 21st I stumbled upon the betroar.io thread and was impressed by their 'generous' referral commission system and bonus for new referrals so I decided to advertise their business in my signature space. Fast forward a week later I had gained a few referrals from the forum and one in particular was a heavy bettor making about 0.012BTC in total commission just by themselves. By the way the site was riddled with critical bugs and still is (just goes to show about the level of professionalism and expertise of the people running it) and I even reported to them about the issue I had found. After that I inquired about how and when I am supposed to get my referral commission because there is no way to do it yourself on the commission page on the website as it's just a shoddy spreadsheet page showing referral bets - time of making the bet and the amount. Oh and trying to contact the non-existent customer support on the website is just the tip of the iceberg. Good luck with that! Bitbrawlers rep on the forum went into radio silence right after that moment despite being online to tend to their thread and answer questions. They surely had no time to answer trivial questions about paying commission. Another fast fast forward to the new year and their 'official' launch a couple days ago and - oh it's a miracle! - the commission page is updated with the total commission amount. Being completely overwhelmed by the displayed technological advancement and programming prowess over the holiday break I decided to contact Bitbrawlers rep and inquire again about what's up with the owed commission. They finally 'added' themselves the amount to my account however conveniently forgot to remove the rollover requirements so now I have to bet 1.32408290 BTC in order to withdraw.

Additional Notes: My advice is to steer clear of their bugged website and trashy business practices. If you deposit your own funds there is a high chance your withdrawals will be postponed for uncertain amount of time for manual review or outright denied for whatever circumstances they can find. AVOID like the plague.
