Dear all, today in the investments tab, there are missing the menus.
Do you see your menus at the moment?

Missing menu? What menu specifically? The btc, ltc? or the Investment market, my investment etc..??

If it's what I said above^^, the problem must have been on your side since I am seeing them clearly.
Try the following:

  • Clear cookies and cache
  • Use a different browser
  • Check your internet connection
  • Turn off your VPN/proxy (If any)

Lastly, Contact their support

Thanks, it's wokring again. However, the support has not responded until today.

Hello,

after how long they released your bitcoin? and, you had to do some other things for let them release your money (contacted them by email or just the procedure for withdraw?)... how much they were holding for you?

Regards

Apprantly OP contacted them on reddit to get their bitcoins released.

Anyways, I don't think that ti's a good idea to invest in any of their plans at the moment. Even though they seem to be a registered merchant within China, it is still unclear when I did my personal research whether they are actually mining to get these profits or just running a ponzi scheme.

Plus, the crypto conditions in China is pretty volatile and you don't know what the Chinese government is going to do next. Your funds are not going to be safe with them. Their interest rate isn't even that good.

If China tightens up their bitcoin regulations, then you could potentially be out of your funds.

I have been using bitbank.com for more then a year and have been happy with their service previously. Unfortunately their service have been lacking lately and I'm still waiting for my withdrawal to get approved since last year and their support is unresponsive. Thanks to reddit I have gotten one response from a person involved in the bitbank group, but never heard from him again, and my bitcoins are still stuck. Needless to say I'm getting worried. Anyone else using their service this year? Have anyone done a successful withdrawals the last few weeks?

What is bitbank.com: It is a place where you can invest bitcoins and earn interest. Your bitcoins are then used for funding bitcoin mining operations in China.

What is bitbank group? They run a number a mining operations and exchanges, such as:

www.BW.com
www.chbtc.com
www.Bter.com

Any information about how to contact bitbank directly since they no longer respond to emails?
Does anyone know if there are discussions regarding bitbank problems on the Chinese forums?
