In general, after my email to them with a link to this topic, they immediately returned the money, but blocked my account, citing ridiculous reasons, the only thing i can think of is that I used vpn., because in Russia their site is blocked, I'm sure that if not this topic, they would not have returned anything. All the facts here, think for yourself whether to trust them with money or not.

You violate there ToS for using VPN just to dodge your country restrictions for gambling. They are not putting that rule in there ToS if that will not backfire to them later on. This case has been happening in different casino. You know to yourself that online gambling is prohibited to your country then why do you still insist on doing it then blame casino once you are caught. You should read carefully ToS before you register and use any online services.

Don't players who live in a country where online gambling is not allowed, and are banned under a site's terms and conditions, know that these kinds of problems can arise?
That also seems to me to be my own responsibility. If you're in a place where you're not allowed to gamble online, you shouldn't do it either.
A VPN would not help with that if they ask you to verify yourself.

Just read the TOS so we will be aware of it, glad that OP's problem is already solve.

In general, after my email to them with a link to this topic, they immediately returned the money, but blocked my account,......

However it wasn't a good experience due to violation on his side, but the good thing is that money was returned despite the fact that the account were block afterward, some sites does not return the money.

It may be a silly question, but why does someone have rules not to allow users from certain countries to register and use their services, and at the same time not (or not want to) detect that someone is trying to circumvent those same rules by using a VPN?

Isn't there a way for those who use a VPN when visiting a site to be immediately warned that they have to use their own IP or risk that their account will be blocked at any time?

IP ranges for VPNs can't be pulled out of thin air, you have to buy them from a provider who sells lists of IP addresses used by VPNs if you want to block them. Otherwise it just looks like a regular IP address in another country, and most casinos certainly do not have the time to background check every IP address ASN to see if the name matches some data center, which are common places for VPNs to be hosted on.

Even if you didn't created this thread, bitcasino still would return your money. They said, they have contacted you since Oct 1, and you didn't replied until Oct 26, where have you been?
You know if russia is one of banned country on their site but you still use vpn and playing on there site?

Did you already got your money and withdrew it, OP?

Hi guys,

According to our T&C, we reserve the right to suspend accounts and withhold the funds if we suspect any suspicious activity. In this particular case, we acted according to 2.1.18: We reserve the right to detect and prevent the use of prohibited techniques, including but not limited to fraudulent transaction detection, automated registration and signup, gameplay and screen capture techniques. These steps may include, but are not limited to, the examination of Players device properties, detection of geo-location and IP masking, transactions and blockchain analysis.

This particular case took a bit more time. The email conversation/investigation started on October 1. But the user didn’t reply to our customer team until October 26. The funds have been added to the customer's account now and the user has been notified.

Regards,
Karl

Gambling board is not a board for scam accusation that your topic is about.

If you actually want to open a scam accusation on Bitcasino.io, please bring yours to Scam Accusations. You don't need to create another topic for the same problem, that is multiple topic and not accepted by rule. The move topic at the bottom left helps you to move this topic to Scam accussation. Click on Move topic and choose Scam accusation to move it.

Your scam accusation is bad.

- No details
- It is only your claim and no one can verify what you are accusing Bitcasino.io is true.
- Edit your scam accusation with more details.
- I believe you broke their ToS.

Please make sure to read their Bitcasino Terms and Conditions of Use of Services of the Company and think twice. If you did broke their ToS, your scam accusation is invalid.

Keep calm down . don't make noise when you are making your appeal.

I don't believe Bitcasino.io scammed you. They are a trusted casino.

That's right don't hide the evidence better prove it here that you never committed a violation during a withdrawal, I'm sure everyone will know and the team will respond to this in the forum.
The onus should be on the casino rather than the player to show wrongdoing in this case for appeal. Even if they were not able to provide the specific details of their withdrawals to the degree they stated in their post, what kind of regular player would record their deposits and withdrawals to the point where you prove that "you never committed a violation"? The only reason to do so would be a distrust in the casino, which seems foolish if they were playing there - is it possible that this user is just a regular gambler?

I also never thought Bitcasino would go this far if you are a longtime player at bitcasino and over 1BTC withdrawals then this needs clarification and don't make the accusations a scam if there is no other way.
I'm sure the team on this forum will respond to this quickly.

Post the proofs here and don't pm it to moderators here they have nothing to do with that they'll never reply to you if that's what you're trying to do. Better to click the thread shared by janggernaut and post your issue there, I believe they are that active here. I don't think bitcasino.io will make it this far if they're scam and will be just for $1k and besides terms and conditions do also change so you have to search it on their site if they have updated it.

I have seen you necro-bumping old thread for your accusation. IMO it's better to create your own accusation thread and post all your proofs & evidence

Judge from their reputation on here, i highly doubt if they want ruin their reputation by $1k. You even said you were successfully withdrew more than 1 bitcoin, so it doesn't make sense for them to scam you $1k

Here is their main ANN thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitcasino-elevate-your-gameplay-1-vip-crypto-casino-4541166
