This is not actually true, there are truly a wisen up victim that would never fall back to be scammed anymore, such ones that got continuously to be duped are fools roaming around to get some free stucks. So every victim have a mindset of turning out of been scammed by reading or remaining asking questions of how to buy to fall more victim.
They might have been wised up by the first scam that they have fallen but if there are other elaborate scams out there that that person will fall upon, I think that it will be debatable whether that person is going to fall for that scam again or not because the chances that they might be a victim of another scheme is highly likely. Maybe if the victim is a smart one in the first place, he/she may not fall for other tricks again with the rule of thumb that anything too good to be true is definitely a scam.

I am predicting that there will be an increase of new accounts created just to report in this forum that they got scammed and will ask how can they get their money back and then they got scammed by users that tricks them into saying that they can recover the stolen amount and then they will report that they got scammed and the cycle goes on.

I don't think this platform will survive long.
I hope forum users will not fall on this too-good-to-be true ROI.
We have had enough of this ponzi scheme and usually they end up bad.
They even managed to publish a thread here in the forum.

I have opened a flag on the accused - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=2665

These ponzi schemes are not new but the accounts are new and even if they are being run by the same group of people they manage to evade the previous account's bad reputation. But currently the type 1 flag should be enough to warn some newbies about the risks of giving money to a ponzi and pyramid scheme.

But since they made the mistake of posting on the forum and this thread should invoke some thoughts into such newbies about previous scams of the same mode and being aware of ponzis.
