There have been some developments:

They've moved to a new domain ^{[it's redirecting to "btcminermachinefactory.com"]}, but it's not yet up!
I found "their number" on a completely different type of platform ^{[onlinepharmaceuticalmeds.com]}, so there might be a connection.

What happened:
As soon as I saw there's a recurring pattern ^[MinerMiner] in their domain name, I knew it was one of those platforms that are meant to scam its users...

On their "about us" page, they're claiming that they've "established their services back in 2015", but they've just created their domain last month:
