It's probably better if you can prove that "BTC-engineer" is indeed your account. For example, create a signature message (assuming you've already stake your address).
There's no need, as he claims the account is locked already. But if that's true, this thread is useless.

I just want to document, that my bitcointalk.org account "BTC-engineer" was hacked.
My account was used by someone else starting from 2018-04-20 before I was able to lock it.

I have already fully followed the procedure for recovering my account and hope to get it back soon.
How come it was hacked maybe you attemp your account to sell by anyone who not trusted.
Well, i also have a friend here it almost 6 months before he has fully recovered his account and to prove that he is the real owner.

Just a little advise mate, if you make any account don't do the same password in your email address, and don't trust other that sharing your account info. It's better to print in a piece of paper all your private documents and put it into your wallet.

Take extra safety precautions next time to make sure your accounts(or other accounts outside bitcointalk) doesn't get hacked. Never use the same password over multiple accounts. If possible, use a password manager like KeePass[ https://keepass.info/ ].

Also, hopefully you're following the right procedure. Here it is just to be sure: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/recovering-hacked-accounts-or-accounts-with-lost-passwords-497545
