Highly likely that is his address. He said he used blockchain.info's wallet somewhere (forgot exactly where, will try to find that source), and blockchain.info says he uses their wallet.

He's up almost BTC30 more since his account was unblocked.

His total profit when first blocked was BTC102
24 Hours ago:
Total Rolls:   89 607
Total Wagered:   4018242.40 mBTC
Total Profit:   118675.74 mBTC

Right now:
Total Rolls:    90 873
Total Wagered:  4163574.98 mBTC
Total Profit:   136651.67 mBTC

This lines up with what looks like three more cashouts over the last day or so for BTC6  each and another just now for BTC5 btc

But when you look at the previous transactions and compare them to the timeline of his posts something seems fishy.

His first post was on Sept 19th (to complain about missing BTC102)

Until Oct 6th, from reading the posts of kurdstan and pocketdice, it seemed pretty obvious that he hadn't been paid.

But go back and look at all the transactions starting on 9/19

1KKC2FZBzvfXQ4eFG38QTUGhXLakzbhiwB had over 20 transactions totalling over BTC that all look like pocketdice deposits to me

There's a few other addresses related to pocketdice.  I'm thinking maybe he was depositing and playing on another account while his kurdstan was frozen, standard behavior for a degenerate I suppose.  But why not just play on another dice site?

He must think he knows how to win on pocketdice.  And it looks like he might be right.

Or

I could be completely wrong about the address.

None of this is really relevany to whether or not Pocketdice is solvent though.  Which is really the most important thing.

The player gave a very vague confirmation that he was paid yesterday and then vanished from the scam thread (which is now infested with beggers)

Hi frends chelashin
Yes I was 87 bit and 102 bit me and now I have won a total of 70 bits I picked up and I came to Blockchain account.

I found this address also received 80 btc from pocketdice wallet, which is not normal for them by their history.  So it might be him.

Keep in mind, if this is the case, it does not prove that they are solvent and there should be no celebration that they didn't scam a player.  They should be willing to prove that they can pay the next 100 btc winner.  And the one ofter that.  I'm not sure exactly what should be considered "financially responsible" , but Im sure that can be determined.

Please report anyone who begs or even brings up who the topic of this guy giving away his money to random people for posting about this.

At this point I think the focus should be on whether pocket dice can afford to operate or not.

I don't get it why they hold such huge amounts of Bitcoins in XAPO. We all know that you don't own the private keys when you put your bitcoins in a XAPO wallet. Can't almost believe they really hold there BTC there??? Although sad story hope they pay the user who deserve this winning it's a great amount.

They are still unable to honor a BTC102 withdraw being discussed in these threads:
pocketdice.io scammed 102btc, please help!!!
Pocket Dice – The first realistic dice game

Yesterday I posted a blog about it: Pocketdice.io Showing Signs Of Insolvency

They posted for the first time since Sept 22 today claiming that the reason for the delay is an issue with Xapos and their KYC requirements.  They are still unable to pay and gave no timeframe.  The only real update was that they unblocked the players account to let him gamble - basically a freeroll for them.

Hey everyone!

Apologies for not posting any updates, though there was no news apparently, as we have been trying to use our Xapo coldwallet to process the withdrawal of chelashin, but still no success. They have implemented a KYC procedure for all users and this has taken LOT longer than expected. Actually we still don't have access to our funds in there, the support staff is really hard to reach and overall experience is really disappointing Sad So all we had to do is just wait to be able to move some BTCs across our projects for this cashout, as we're not holding much money in the hotwallet.
-snip-

Whether or not they actually have substantial funds locked up in Xapos or not does not change the fact that they don't control player funds.

If they are able to pay the BTC102 anytime soon, they should still be expected to prove that they have the funds to continue running their site.  (Some of the dice nerds can figure out how much that actually is)

Until this happens, I urge everyone to consider them a busto casino relies on player deposits to process cash outs.  (yeah, the P word)
