What other game is profitable at the moment? Except Axie Infinity . Game that doesn't need a big investment and you can earn money every day.
So far there isn't any. Blockchain games is a very young industry yet. The good projects are under early development or weren't even started yet. The ones disponible right now you have to pay to start playing, because that is what keeps these games profitable. Maybe you can be lucky to start playing a game which is starting now, so you accumulate items in your account until the game skyrockets. When this happens you can sell your items for a good price.

That is what I'm doing regards Lost Relics. I've been playing the game since last year (for free), collecting maximum items as possible and once the game becomes more popular I will sell my stuff. Lost Relics is actually a good option to play for free with a decent gameplay, although new sign ups are really limited now and drops decreased considerably. So I can't say it's possible to earn money every day like in Axies Infinity, for an example.

At least the game is fun for people who like live 3D MMORPG.

The reality is simple Axie Infinity is too expensive right now so basically people are going to find the next wave of game and knowing what Axie did don't blame them for entering at higher price as long as they are long term holder Let's hope people do their research before jumping into any shitcoin coz you need to expect the majority here now that the sector is exploding

NFT is really exploding. It looks like the future is even brighter for it especially in the gaming sector. Axie Infinity has been leading it. It has shown the market what a blockchain gaming is and how it could actually compete in the gaming market. And since it has been more or less successful already, other developers are already riding the trend wave and started their own NFT games.

This is the moment when people or gamers should be cautious because this is when it becomes more difficult to distinguish a legit NFT game from a scam. In avoiding an expensive legit game, a newbie could instead end up with a scam or a failed game.

I wouldn't say they are scams, more are coming out every day and you need to do your research to determine if it is profitable. AlohaDeFi for example is something to watch.

This is normal. And we really have to watch out.

Whatever is the strong trend in cryptocurrency will certainly be copied or followed by other developers. If the current trend is NFT, expect that others will grab the opportunity and create their own NFT projects or games.

This has always been the pattern with crypto. When one DeFi project gains popularity, many more will suddenly come out. Even with the ICO trend before. Seeing that a project's ICO was successful in raising funds, thousands created their own projects and also launched ICOs.

I understand your disappointment and you're right, but I never thought of doing a survey to post on the forum with detailed records, like a very detailed article, I did a survey just for me, evaluating the risks and gains of the analyzed projects, when I since it didn't pay off, I went to analyze the next project, that's what I believe most people do to optimize their time, it doesn't make sense to waste time logging data for something that failed if you already know it's not worth it. But I never imagined it would be this disappointing, that's why I posted it here as a warning with very summarized data from my final analysis, separating Axie Infinity from the other projects considered ToP, "Imagine the ones that are not considered TOP". And I saw that some people are already aware of this, after they deleted my response on a famous YouTube channel here in my country, Brazil.
Your very summarized data doesn't give us much information to think about. The warning is appreciated but you are posting in a forum where most readers wouldn't simply take your word just because you are a developer. Anyone can say one thing or another but we'd prefer if you can present the data to back it up. Is your analysis focused only on the monetary benefit in relation to the time spent playing the game? If so, how about something from a dev's POV? Graphics? Gameplay?

~ Cry Disappointing... I spent 5 days studying in depth this Play To Earn (P2E) / Games NFT market.
Why not share all the P2E NFT games you reviewed the last 5 days and add your detailed findings? It could be fun to discuss and I'm pretty sure different opinions will be thrown.

right, we want it in great detail, of course, we'd be grateful so that we at least have some new insight where we don't get that kind of material anywhere. It would be great if the OP edited the thread more, we won't hesitate to listen. I hope he considers it. We are open to those who provide education.

If that's the product of your observation then I will respect it. That is usual for something that doesn't know every inch of the game. But it will be a good version of your analysis if you will try to experience the game in actual.

Just saying your view without an actual experience can't be discussed properly here because you are not aware of how's the environment there.

Come back here after involving yourself for months and see if you still have the same thought. Smiley

I want to make it very clear that Axie Infinity, in my view, is the only Play To Earn project worth investing in for those who can afford to join and want to become a professional player.
There's also the upcoming update for Axie Infinity that it's going to be another e-sports and competitive game for which Sky Mavis has already given the idea months ago. They've posted and looking for organizing management to provide them that event which is for Axie Infinity players. Now, this is going to be a real competition. It is a game that you need to pay(invest) for your Axies so that you can play and when you're playing, you're going to earn with those SLPs. They're also trying to reinvent the economy of it so that there will be burned SLPs that will not create an inflation through the entire game's economy.

And AltCoins are revolutionizing the financial market and the world. But unfortunately there are many developers who only want to know about profit regardless of the massive exploitation of others.

You're right, what you mentioned, the math of Axie Inifnity's PVE doesn't match, I noticed in my research, I believe that the NFT Games market is moving towards gains only in PVP, a new type of facilitated e-sports and only who will only really profit the professional players, the adventurers will not be able to make a living from it.

It's only your opinion, I have been actively playing axie since 2019 and this is what we called that as a crypto. High risk and Speculative. There's no exploitation in the NFT game. people wanna try to get into the game with their own decision.

Those who have become part of early adopters will have different opinion with late joiners.
None force people to play this game. if they didn't want to play it and just leave it.

I remember when people called altcoin as a scam in the past but with the time goes and they are using it right now for the various purpose.

I hate to messed up on your computation but I guess the profit on Axie will be diminish in a notably amount. The SLP price is breaking down while the Jiho announce a lower reward for a PVE meaning user are force to win the PVP to earn more SLP. The previous SLP distribution is not good for long term because it will create an over supply to the market when it still continue. So definitely the one who have a better Axie will gonna enjoy good profit same on what you are trying to point on your post that other game requires high amount to earn more.

I'm not defending every NFT game that followed after Axie but it would be unfair to say they are exploiting gamers without any solid evidence. It's true that I find some of them overpriced but that could be the doing of speculators in the open market. For sure the marketing team can create hype but they're not pointing a knife at you to buy their token and play their game.
Like he said he is a developer. Market valuation is kinda different, so maybe he was shocked how other game increase and its totally due to hype. I am also playing some other games but I understand him some how since other developers are really taking advantage of the hype and even their game isnt on a good stance yet they market it and hype it to some traders.

Sorry for the ",", it's the metric base of my country, sometimes I forget to change it to ".", I preferred to re-edit the post text rounding the values.

1st Axie Infinity (As BitCoin) - Minimum Day 150 SLP = USD$ 27,9672 / Month 4500 SLP = USD$ 839,061
Others (Like AltCoins) Average TOP's - Minimum Day US$ 1.5 / Month US$ 45

Through the data presented above, it demonstrates that only Axie Infinity is worth it, which today is very expensive to enter, which is the reality of the lucky few.
.
Angry The others, it's pure "makeup exploration"!
.
  • Pay high to enter!
  • The more people enter the game, the less value they receive, like (farm), (stake).
  • Dies in network fees where you transition NFT + NFT Games company fees for any move!
  • A lot of ranked NFT Games are SCAM, some people notice right away and some people only notice when they've been inside for a while.
.
A new market for exploiting the misfortune of others is emerging.
It is a help in exchange for exploitation for those who are "bankrupt". Which is the situation for most in the world today...
Not that I'm disappointed but I was expecting a more technical review because you opened up your topic stating your skill as a software developer. I think almost everyone in crypto is pretty knowledgeable with Math. Please use dot (.) for decimals instead of comma (,) just to avoid confusion as that's pretty much the standard here.
