Good catch, OP!
Just to highlight what @holydarkness said:
Yeah I checked their exchange, if you can call it that as there are almost no info beside few announcements:
  • No Terms of Service
  • No fee structure
  • No social media channels of any kind
  • "Help", "Contact", "Condition" links not working
  • Registration not possible as they ask for referral code that is not available anywhere

If they call that "meticulous development and testing lasting more than a year" then they did pretty shitty job. But beside all that, I think that this ridiculous exchange listing offering for 50 USD doesn't even have to do anything with this non functioning exchange, as it simply doesn't make sense.

Hello, you claimed that you've worked for more than one year, can we see any mention or published achievement during this period? Can't find any info or proof that you've been around for more than one year (note: this project should not be mistaken with the dead BitQY). Further, your website, it is copyrighted on 2019, further supporting your claim that it's been around for more than one year, but domain age checker revealed that they're not even two months old. And oh, your whitepaper is also inaccessible.

I find it hilarious and appalling at the same time that these scammers will really attempt to do anything just to take advantage of people and at least earn them a quick buck. The inconsistencies on their statements, the irregularities and inaccuracies of information that they posted all contribute to the conclusion that their project is indeed, a scam. If ever you do open a flag against him, I will sure to support it!

What happened: User bitqynetwork claims to be representative of BITQY xchange, and offers listing on that exchange, and to do that, you have to buy tokens via Uniswap and send all needed data using Google form. All this doesn't make any sense, why would exchange sell their tokens needed for listing using Uniswap and not their own exchange. As a matter of fact, there is no bitqy tokens at all on that exchange.

This is an obvious attempt to scam people by selling  worthless tokens via Uniswap and pretending to be requirement for token listing To be even more funny, they advertise price of listing only 50 USD

50 american dollar coin list only erc20 tokens only 100 offer

There are several more red flags here:
  • Their discord group only has 2 members. Weird for an exchange that was 1 year in the developemnt, as they claim to be
  • No mention of the exchange about any kind of tokens as requirement for token listing
