I don't know if it's just FUD or fake news (I hope it is), but a few Twitter users have been warning that something bad could happen soon with the Crypto.com exchange.

Crypto.com has already taken care of all clients from Russia in advance, limiting their access to the exchange in advance due to European sanctions. But seriously speaking, now is the time that it is better to withdraw all the money from all exchanges, even those that seem especially reliable, and wait out this difficult time. Because now there is a wave of FUD, some exchanges are starting to transfer funds from one wallet to another in a hurry, some additional checks are starting throughout the industry. At such a time, it’s not only dangerous to trade, even just to deposit funds to centralized services.

Your keys, your responsibility
In fact it is not FUD in a deeper sense. The FTX case has opened a lot of people's awareness including the blue twitter badges that centralized services in general can carry out similar dirty practices. As such, these services will no longer have the opportunity to control crowds' assets as influencers spread negative rumors from some of the top exchanges.

Not your keys... not your keys, people!

He already put the disclaimer on the second part of his tweet. He is just trying to FUD more the market as many crypto influencer is doing to boost there short position. He says that he has enough evidence yet he put a disclaimer that the said post is just an opinion. He is contradicting  his own post which means he is not sure on what he is saying on his tweets.

But removing all tokens on Crypto.com and other CEX is the best thing to do as safety precautions on what might coming on CEX.

It's not fake news, you are right, some strange things have happened lately, this phenomenon Crypto.com also conveys so, given the bankruptcy of FTX, the Singapore-based exchange (Crypto.com) was also topsy-turvy and haunted, Crypto.com this week made a massive withdrawal, what happened to the FTX exchange is indeed very chaotic at the moment in the crypto market.

Anyway i also saw @bbc.reporter, created a new topic about Crypto.com and Gate.io will also bite the dust?, marked news that you convey there is no doubt about its authenticity.

I don't know what to do now, I might have to consider some of the topics in this forum, it seems that clearing assets must be done, especially for those who have assets affected by the FTX market phenomenon.

BTC Rocks
I also don't know accurately about crypto.com. Actually we should not keep our hard earned crypto assets in a NY centralized exchanges. Because when no private key means no safety. So it's better to use decentralized exchanges for trading and decentralized wallets to store crypto assets.

🙏🏼Padayon...🙏
I'd say get your money off centralized exchanges. That's regardless of whether there are rumors about them or not. Get them off exchanges regardless of whether they are insolvent or not, whether they have insurance or not, and so on. So get them off Crypto.com. Get them off Binance. Get them off Coinbase and others.

But this doesn't stop there. Get your money off any centralized platforms, not only exchanges. Get them off investment sites, lending platforms, swap platforms, and so on.

I hope this huge wave of suspicion on centralized exchanges started by the fall of FTX would put the spotlight on self-custody.

it doesn't have to be FUD or Fake news. The truth is, one's funds will never be safe in a centralized exchange. A lot can happen in 24 hours in Crypto world. People should not move funds out only when they see the rumors about a certain exchange. They should move funds out as a practice of safety, even when they still trust an exchange. Honestly, there will be clout chasers out there but I'm liking that another wave of people are realizing how fragile centralized exchanges are and these people propagates that idea lol. And perhaps we will see more volume in non full-controlled-CEX. In any case, I don't see why we shouldn't be extra cautious and withdraw.
