Like you said, it's looking too good to be true and certainly they are another kinda scammers as of the same of Giveaway Scammer like Deposit X amount to receive X amount of BTC.

What happened: GlobalCryptoX Exchange offers unusually high bonus of 20% for each deposit. Additionally, they have 0.01 BTC signup bonus and 0.01 BTC for following their social media.

These are the bonuses they promise. I don't know who can sustain something like this, giving 20% bonus on each BTC deposit and not run out of business.
Even though it's mentioned that they offer 5% referral bonus, on their website it is actually 10%
From my experience, when something is too good to be true, it usually is, and it is some kind of scam. Be careful, and do not deposit money there, as i don't see how can their business model be sustainable.
