you coins can't disappear. jaxx provides you the private key. u can use this key with an other wallet. jaxx sometimes have problems with showing you the right balance.

Dear Vlom, as I said abowe I imported my Jaxx private key to Zcash4win wallet and 85% of sychronizing is completed. But still I can not see any ZEC. Is it normal?
i don't know, i never used the wallet Zcash4win. but you can start worrying after the blockchain is fully synched.
and if somebody here asks you for the privat key to help you, then don't do this. i am writing this because of forum rank.
Vlom, thank you for your help. Sync is completed and thanks god I can see my ZECs. Now, if you don't mind I have a one more question. I can't transfer ZEC from Jaxx to another wallet because of Jaxx' s problem. Can I transfer by using Zcash4win or how can I do it?
you don't have to transfer your coins using jaxx. now that you have imported the private key in the new wallet you have access to your coins. as i said i never used this wallet. if you wish to transfer you coins to a new address then you can do this with Zcash4win. all wallets can do this.
