Thanks for sharing, I have just shared the information in my local board.
Aa i can understand, the hack attempt was to Saifu wallet extension connected with binance. But i can't uderstand if the hack occured due a bug in the extension or is something related to binance setup to connect with the extension in my browser.

You can move this topic to Scam Accusation and it fits there. Hopefully more community users will be able to know about this matter. Stealing data is one kinda crime and it should be known by others.

Yet another fake/malicious wallet.

People should stop assuming everything on official application store (Google Play, Google Web Store, etc.) is safe and thoroughly audited.
If they bother ask community about specific cryptocurrency wallet or not to download wallet with low total download or recently released, most people wouldn't get their coins stolen.
Main reason why these scams do exist because people do easily believe into things and too lazy enough not to verified anything that they newly encounter.

It doesnt really cost an arm and leg for verifying everything before downloading something on web.It isnt bad to make ourselves too paranoid but these necessary steps
is needed even how basic they are.

Scammers are getting wiser everyday. They do use up that SAFU word for fooling up people.

I have to share it here to get everyone's alarm about SAFU WALLET issue. It was said that their is a script injected in safu code which stole the user's data.

The 3rd party wallet SAFU Wallet is apparently stealing users’ data. According to a recent report released by a Binance Angel on the official Binance community forum, it has been found that this extension is malicious and it is stealing users’ data.

Since this was happened and Binance dex was involved and users from binance dex are complaining about their lost funds, Binance community advice users to uninstall it immediately.

Be careful about this.
