These users seems to be too greedy and are always in a haste to be the early bird on any project on that section in the forum. Just a few minutes project update and you've seen pages turn with applications. So also are chances that one is likely to make the mistake of giving off his or her private key.
There are a lot of bounty hunters who are working for a long time but they are in this forum just for joining the bounty campaigns. They even don't research about the projects what he is going to promote. They can fall into this trap easily by being greedy.
So I think every bounty hunters should not focus only to join campaigns and to submit reports only.
They should read forum topics regularly and also reply what are their thoughts.

Yes, we should not click on unknown links on different websites as some websites are made to install trojan or malwares into your system without any human intervention.
However. there is no harm in clicking the google form link but if you filled the form, provided the private key, and submitted the form, then you are in big trouble as then another person can move your funds to his own wallets.

Some crypto users are so interested in getting some free that they will fill up such forms without any verification and give them important information. The scammer may have already gotten some private keys, because those crypto users do such things as fast as they can in the hope of getting free. New crypto users need to know exactly how crypto works and how to keep the wallet secure. Because if they easily fall prey to such scams, they will not be able to stay in the market for long.

I will be surprised if he gets a victim we all know that one of the first things you learn from Cryptocurrency is not your key, not your coin, if you fall from this trick you are learning Cryptocurrency in the wrong way or you have learned it from a wrong place
this trick is so simple even beginners if taught the right way will not fall for this.

If they send those pm to high ranking members in this forum then maybe he will fail on what he is doing since majority are aware about techniques they made since many people discuss about those scams the same with this thread.
He  isn't targeting those users who are much aware. Basically he is targeting the bounty hunters where most of them are not so conscious and their habit is to join any bounty what is posted in Bounties section. So it is common that any bounty hunter can easily get into this trap.

Are bounty hunters these ignorant that they will easily give up their private key to an unknown admin if ever they give it, it's a new wallet with no coins on it, bounty hunters are not easily deceived in giving up their private key they at least know the basic of cryptocurrency of not your key, not your coins, do not judge bounty hunters easily I am a bounty hunter too and I know the basic even when I was new in bounty hunting, I'm sure many bounty hunters will agree with me.

Yeah and if you look at it, that's the most likely place to get a victim on the forum. Those that frequent the bounty section of the forum are mainly, Newbie accounts, accounts that pay little or no attention to other boards on the forum and as such, are ignorant to privacy and security details, accounts that aren't willing or just find participating in other sections of the forum too difficult to even try and farmed accounts.

These users seems to be too greedy and are always in a haste to be the early bird on any project on that section in the forum. Just a few minutes project update and you've seen pages turn with applications. So also are chances that one is likely to make the mistake of giving off his or her private key. $1000 is a lot of money for participating in some airdrop. This scammer is very much aware were the most ignorant and most greed lies in the forum.
Good job fishing him out at OP.

I hope all users in this forum, see this warning so they don't fall victim to @ZeusContent's behavior.
That's why I thought it to share because many newbies are in this forum to learn about crypto. But their beginning should not be bad because of these scammers. Every crypto beginners should have knowledge about their private keys to secure their crypto assets.
These scammers won't stop and they will come again in this forum with another account and will try to scam again.
So we should be aware about our own safety because we can't stop scammers. They will try new tricks to steal others private keys.

So anyway, I applied as a merit source :)
He  isn't targeting those users who are much aware. Basically he is targeting the bounty hunters where most of them are not so conscious and their habit is to join any bounty what is posted in Bounties section. So it is common that any bounty hunter can easily get into this trap.
Moreover it is the bounty hunters who come in with half-knowledge about crypto, its nuances and different types of scams going on. They are easy to fool with a feeble scent of "free money" and gullible enough not visit this section of the forum often.

I do feel bad for those learn their lesson like this, but we can only make people aware and not stop them from getting scammed. For anyone who got scammed and now feeling shy to post in this thread, dont worry you are not alone, but let this lesson be the last of them all.

Flag supported from my end too.

So that type of link isn't dangerous then only visiting it?

Again heard of sites where you visit it and its dangerous such as some sites you visit it might even automatically download a file to your pc.  But you have to open the file in order to be infected.  But also heard of where some files automatically get downloaded to your pc and malware/keylogger/trojan is there.

What about that?

If you cannot stop yourself from visiting unknown sites it's better to pick a good anti-malware and virus something that can categorize a site that you will visit and block a file from downloading if you happen to access the site, it's risky if you visit a lot of sites without good protection, but awareness is still the best protection for you.
I highly recommend Kaspersky and Malwarebytes they are the industry best when it comes to anti-virus and anti keylogger.

฿itcoin for all, All for ฿itcoin.
Are there risk for opening that link on your pc or phone though due to malware/keylogger?  Always heard people say as long as you don't type your seed phrase in, you are fine.  But wouldn't those links have any malware or anything like that?
It depends on the kind of link you click on. Some links are created by malicious actors, while others are from trusted sites. For example, the link above it just a form for filling up details (jotform.com) which is an alternative to Google forms

Of course, you have to be extra careful before you click on any random link

But if they do this outside of the forum maybe they can get a victim since many people are into airdrops recently since there are good profits on several of them and this is what scammer use and they make them believe that what they do is so legit.

Surprised it too this long for someone to do a flag the big red warning for newbies when it finally gets enough support is a good thing.

This is a cheap trick, for anyone who knows how Cryptocurrency works will never fall for this kind of trick, OP is taking a big chance and hoping that somebody who just learn Cryptocurrency will fall for this kind of trick, only newbies who are really greedy to what the scammer is promising will fall to this kind of cheap trick.

Even the greedy ones should not fall for this scam. If you give your private key to anyone, you're just giving your money to the other person.
The only people who could become victims of this scam are the ones who do not have knowledge of cryptocurrencies and are very beginners. But then the newbies in the crypto usually do not have big funds in their wallets. I hope everyone is safe from this scam.

What happened: An user in this forum ZeusContent posted on Bounties section about an Airdrop. But he is a scammer who wants to steal funds from crypto beginners. He is offering 1000$ for Optimism Airdrop Drop but his joining link is asking to send Private Keys of users wallet to be eligible.
Dirty tactics and tricks carried out by this thief: @ZeusContent, could be a bad experience for the community here to be more careful.

How stupid he is to want to ask for another user's private key instead of a requirement, this sucks, maybe, countless users have fallen victim to @ZeusContent's lecherous behavior, I hope such people go to hell soon.

I hope all users in this forum, see this warning so they don't fall victim to @ZeusContent's behavior.

Good job going through the effort to report this jackoff.  I looked at his feedback when I was leaving him a negative, and it appears he has a long history of trying to scam others on bitcointalk.  Surprisingly none of the tags I saw were from members in my trust list, and I don't think any of them were/are on DT.

I believe I'm still on at least DT2, so now this fucker has got some red paint that'll stick.  I'd encourage other DT members to join in on the painting party.

Yes, a great catch from BD crypto. I also reported on the Ban Envasion thread and tagged user with negative trust.

He one of the old scammers with lots of Alt Accounts and I hope Moderator banned those accounts soon.

Don't send Private keys of your wallet through this link or by any ways. Because if someone want your private keys means he is a scammer and you must avoid him if you don't want to lose assets. And be aware from these type of scam Airdrops and we must have to be safe from scammers and secure our funds.
