This site promisse you to exchange your bitcoin for PayPal credits, at the time i need it quickly to pay may bills, food, medicine...home stuff. So i send the btc i used almost every month (i am a really small trader)

*First they say for you to send exactly the number you want to be exchanged
 https://imgur.com/a/0JIDB

*So i send all i have at the time ( 0.112 btc) The 2nd and 3rd whitdrawal if for the site because they keep change the adress)
https://imgur.com/a/p6POs

*Here is the point, this never ending, i send a thousand emails, try the chat and the transation never get complete for my dispair...
 https://imgur.com/a/fPDet

*So after one day they send a auto email saying my exchange failed:
https://imgur.com/a/kwB54

And the final courtain...
https://imgur.com/a/X3dL1

Now i don't know what to do, i must provide for my home, my mother and they stole everything, i will sell my stuffs, everyting and will start over...
Please guys run away from this site, share the information, i known i was wrong for don't do the research but i was on a hurry and now it's gone.
Thank you for your time. Best regards
thank you for this awareness mate.. I think we can avoid this issue if we dont easily fall to the site that always shows some false promises.  Maybe the best way is to seek or make some reviews first before you attempt to risk your money. Cause now adays there are some ponzi schemes which is promising also like the most classified site.  I suggest cause  as of now you have an experience please keep away from any site that has no good feedback cause mostly of that site is scam. Anyways sorry for you lost mate cause there are no ways to refund your money from them.

So many unfortunate things did happens with me also but we have to learn from our past mistakes and always try to excel. Its good to hear that you have learnt from this incident and you are now back again in the game (I know its not feel like a game when you got responsibilities like u just mentioned but believe me it is).
Never loose courage because this is the only thing when combined with reason and hard work can accomplish wonders. Cool

Thank you so much  Smiley

Looks like you have moved on already. Glad to see that you have that positive attitude dude. Its really hard at the beginning to swallow what has happened to you, but that's life and we have to accept it. I too have been a victim and many of us of there, but we didn't lose hope. I was very discourage then even not wanting to go back to bitcoin because I have lost a lot as well in the past, but I have a good talk with someone that encourages me to go one and forgot everything. I'm happy that I have that conversation before the start of this year and now I have pushed myself and totally forget the debacles. Goodluck and what others have said, let this be a lessons learned but never loose courage to stand up and moved on with your life.

Better be careful next time when dealing on such site or don't use them at all. you could exchange your bitcoins for paypal right here in bct(in currency exchange section), only deal with trusted and high ranked member. you can also completely avoid paypal by use of bitcoin debit card to pay for all your stuffs.

I'll never use site like this before, i will do a search in the forum, it's all new and good to known! Thank you!
I've never heard about bitcoin debit cards, is that someone better then others?

Sorry for the loss that you got there man.  Embarrassed . Anyway, thank you for providing this information to the public. This should serve you as a lesson to do some research first before sending BTC to any website. You must know that BTC transactions are irreversible and there's no way for you to get back your BTC once you send it to the address that they provided.

Upon checking the online reviews about the site, I can only say that their website is a scam. Many people are reporting that they also lost some BTC to that BTC exchanger. Only do transactions to trusted exchangers. You can always ask the forum about their experience with a service and see if they are legit or not.

Now i've leaned on the hard way, from now on i always ask you guys
I'm the one who should thank you

Best regards

Its really sad to see a newbie opening a thread and telling us that they have been scammed. I sympathize with you and I'm not rubbing it in but how did you find out this website and trusted your bitcoin? You should have done some research first and let me tell you that there are a lot of scams site around there targeting bitcoin holders. I guess its too late already and as what you have said its a lesson learned the hard way. And the next time you decided again, you can ask our community here to help you out. But don't let this experience stop you enjoying the crypto world. This is just a bump in your journey mate, don't let this discourage you. Keep positive and don't let the same mistakes again. Smiley
Op should really take this situation or mistake as a lesson for him because just like him back in the past when I was still a newbie I did really commit such mistake. It cant be avoided because its always been part for a certain noob to put up or decide things directly without any knowledge or proper research if they are putting up money on the right site or not but same as you said we should not be discourage and stood still and accept this mistake as a lesson because for sure on next time you wont commit the same mistake again.

You are absolutely right, I have to take this as learning but at the beginning it is difficult to see everything go down but I will not lower my head Smiley
Somehow I will be able to react and thank you very much the words of all of you, you do not know how much they mean to me

I search it lately but there is negative result it is a positive scam site no doubt. why do not you at least make some research about that site? before you take the step. you have nothing to do, it's too late for you to know that the "onestpay" site is really scam. I understand your feeling, hope you regain the money you earned, you just have to learn the lesson. good luck. anyway thanks to your post.
Because i was in a hurry, i really need the money to provide, food etc...

That's a really huge amount of bitcoin dude and again I'm sorry and how unfortunate and thanks for the heads up though, at least you gave us warning and I think it may have prevented other people to deposit funds on that site. Its probably a scam site its really hard lessons. But don't be disappointed as you are not the first to be scam because almost all of us here have been when we are starting our bitcoin journey. But sometimes we need to go through this experiences and learn so that we can avoid it in the future. Again, thanks for giving us a fair warning and a red flag on that site.

It was wall i have... i really learn the lesson and have a 0.0008 to start over, i don't know if is possible, All i want in this post is to people never ever trust site like this, they ruined everything, i've sold my guitar... sorry i just sad and...you know

I understand your feeling Embarrassed .. i was searching on the google, typing "Onestpay". this site  has a good reputation 4.8 star, and  don't you think this mean the site should be trusted?? and make me think twice is that reputation being manipulate? if you complain about being scammed, surely other people who also using the onestpay exchanger site that never had a problem with the site. will not just believe about what just did happened on you . but however this is a lesson for us,despite having a good reputation does not mean we should trust 100%.
thank you for sharing , and for what you experience, there will always be a better replacement that you may not realize. Smiley

Really unfortunate. Think optimistic and look at it as a lesson. Who knows, If you didn't get scammed now, you might have been scammed in the future but with bigger amounts of bitcoin.

Next time I suggest sticking with reputable sites instead, instead of taking risks using not-so-reputable sites like onestpay. Also, if you really wanted FIAT money, go with localbitcoins instead. If you're lucky enough to have buyers in your city or somewhere near you, then you can probably sell your bitcoin for paper cash, which is alot easier than selling for PayPal then transferring the PayPal funds to your bank account. Best of luck.

Thanks for you advice, i live in a small town and nobody knows what it is... thank you so much for your time

In what way you find this site? I even never heard how this site works.
And I search its name "onestpay" on google and rank 3 of the SERP talking the site is a scam, so you just ignore it then continue? If you search this keyword "onestpay review" you will see all the negative feedback about this site. And here's some scam accusation about this site, https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitcoin-exchange-scammers-2025408 here, tho don't actually think its a scam but the guy seems scammed, but never give some details like screenshots and transaction IDs.
