If the email like gmail and yahoo will also delete our data one year ago? so, what do you mean the data will be lost? is it because we do not store it in our computer data?

I would personally stay away from Yahoo mail. They have been hacked several times in the past few years. I've heard from fraud seminars to avoid using yahoo at all cost. Learn from the past and they didn't.

Old emails have been deleted on my old email account as well.  Hopefully you can back up important emails in the future.

There are ways to extend the shelf life of emails.  Outlook has retention policies that are built in but you can do things like personal folders. Save to a folder out of outlook, back that up and restore it if needed.  I personally have emails from several years back in one of my gmail accounts.

Bottom line if it is important make multiple back ups to the cloud, to hard drive space, etc.

Many popular emails such as Microsoft Outlook will delete all your emails from over a year ago, and also delete your email address.

So be careful linking your exchange account to one of those email accounts. Make sure you check your email regularly so they do not delete your account.

For example, I had many important legal documents in that email address of Microsoft from a few years ago, and they deleted all of them.
Also, I can't remember if I invested in Bitcoin many years ago, I guess I will never know because they deleted all my old emails.

Great to know.
And to duplicate important information or not to store them on such products is really difficult. It's so easy to put them in a phone or flash drive and forget until the next need.

That does suck and is good advise.  Matter of fact...I think I have an old yahoo account I need to check.  If I had old private keys sitting in their, I'm gonna be one happy newbie Grin

Sorry to hear it! So unfortunate. Many stories about people who lost Bitcoin for various reasons. Always backup your private keys!
