Wow, so their government decide to spy their citizen 100%?

What is happening over there that makes their government go in crazy mode?
Anyone should be very careful now.

The government passed some law that requires everyone to use their certificate authority for HTTPS. The government uses that CA for man-in-the-middle attack against everyone who installed it, meaning they can read and alter the traffic. If you are from Kazakhstan, installed the CA and use any Bitcoin sites, you are at the risk of losing funds.
