What he wanted to say is that since they don't even have whitepaper released, it can't be plagiarized (if I understood him correctly). But I guess he doesn't count plagiarized website content as "real plagiarism" and he thinks that is somewhat less wrong, while it is quite opposite, as they were so lazy and incompetent that they couldn't eve write those few sentences by themselves. I understand that writing a whitepaper is not an easy thing to do, but imagine how clueless you have to be when you have to copy basic website content.
I'm sure people will think of it anyway as plagiarism because their content is the same as other projects meaning there is no unique idea they make for the project if plagiarizing the basics of all websites can everyone just stick to it?
Still I think that many projects of this kind will just copy from other projects to create new projects so that can all be said to be plagiarism to me.

We welcome your continued oversight of this project, ICO smart contract could create easily by everyone, but our token was control by the smart contract, we would upload our contract code recently.
Let me see, according to this page your contract address was https://etherscan.io/address/0x852E519Bce5345A163edFB3d8ab25AAfCD71ac03

When I read your contract source code looks like you are using free 3rd party service (mywish.io) to create it..

Aside from that I have short visited your github, more than 80% the exist codes there were solely re-uploaded from defipie

I am not saying this is wrong or anything, just so far I didn't see any uses from your "Development Engineer" title, right?

Recently this project launched a bounty and I don't know if this is legitimate or not its obvious to me if a project has done plagiarizing the whitepaper of another project is likely not a legit project.

...

If they were a legitimate project, they would hire a trustworthy bounty manager. Instead, they used a fake bitcointalk account that had been inactive for more than two years.

This is nothing but a classic scam attempt with another fake 'DeFi' project. Flag supported.

At first, our production team really appreciates the web style of the defipie.
Secondly, in a strict sense, we only include a majority of features to the defipie, and there are many more features we are developing, including the lucky transfer mechanism and unsecured loan, which will be detailed in the whitepaper.
That's not the reason for you to copy the content of another project, using the same template or hiring the same web developer is enough, though

Our team has stated that we are using the best technology on the market, Our technical team has reviewed their code and approved it
Torch is not a open scam accusation, we collect the ETH by the smart conctract, you can check the code .
you can submit your question in our Telegram,we would answer your question quickly.
Nowadays everyone can create their own smart contract easily, it does not prove anything at all. Moreover, you did not embed your Github on the site how everyone can verify it if there's nothing there?

we want add a Eflation mechanism of Lucky system ,you can read our medium
Why need to post in another medium account, what's going on with the old one? Suspended?

What do you have in mind when you say our project is an open scam without asking us any questions?
Question is simple: why is your whitepaper a complete copy of another project's whitepaper?

This is not a 5th grade science project where you ask your seniors to provide their laboratory files so you can copy and just change the names from them and get an easy A on the project.

This is supposed to be a professionally competent project, as far as DeFi is concerned but I highly doubt that. Majority of the stuff posted in the accusations are true and you guys are such pieces of scum that you fool users and take their hard earned money. You deserve to have a red flag on your accounts so that people are warned of the same.
Are u kidding me ? Our Whitepaper had not update in our Website
Besides, I had said that our project was an innvation platform which basic on the other project.

Although they were able to launch a whitepaper no doubt it just copying from others' work.

To be honest I didn't forget to create the flag just still not confident on how
Anyway flag created already, support/oppose: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=2271

Hopefully I am not creating the wrong flag

You may forgot to open the flag against this user. Just follow the link and open the flag from your end.
Here it is; https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;addflag=2846644

What a lazy money grab attempt,. As DeFi hype is increasing, we are seeing more and more of those. They were so much in a hurry that they couldn't even make some kind of whitepaper as they hope people will invest into just about anything with magic word "DeFi" in it.
Yeah,,in recent time most old ICO scammers are trying to make investors fool again by DeFi related scam websites and its hard to say how many fake websites are Live now.

Even those LinkedIn profiles look kinda fake and I wouldn't be surprised if that;s the case.

@Torch-protocol tagged from my side, and will gladly support flag if raised. Good catch by the way!
