This error is expected now. The error happens when more than 50 of the last 100 blocks has a version number that Bitcoin Core does not expect. This warning is happening because of miners signalling for BIP 91 (aka half of segwit2x) and are using a block version number of 0x20000010 or 0x20000012. Bitcoin Core only expects blocks to have a version number of 0x20000000 or 0x20000002.
