Since you want to "get this straight", here is what actually happened

I signed up for Managed VPS from shinjiru several days ago. The server details were promptly sent to me. They were sent to ANOTHER user as well. So both us were attempting to change the password the Admin had created. Shinjiru figured out through their support thickets that the server details was sent to two people, nobody actually hacked it.

And who said the server was up long enough for someone to hack it and have it be my fault? All these issues occurred minutes after the support delivered my server to me.

Shinjiru refunded me in BTC amount like I had requested, not dollar amount.

Site5 set me up quick and hosted in Netherlands so ya, got exactly what I wanted.

LTC-X: I have every right to bash them. They fucked up and gave the server access to someone else as well. Clearly NOT part of their terms. Then they took days to refund me. But hey thanks for your insight...

Oh and according to their terms (that you so kindly posted) an error on Shinjiru's part is grounds for full refund. Thanks Smiley

So let me get this straight.
1/ You signed up and agreed to their Terms of Service (http://www.shinjiru.com/legal/terms-conditions.php).
2/ You got your VPS hacked, not once, but twice.
3/ The "Hacker" used your VPS to send spam, which may or already did hurt the company (The chance of getting their IP, or even worse, the whole subnet blacklisted due to spam).
4/ Asking for a refund even though it doesn't meet their refunds terms.

Refund will be provided only if Customer experiences technical problems caused or related to items 100% controlled by SHINJIRU.
Sounds totally legit.
You seem not to know what a VPS is if you are blaming the hosting company for getting hack and claiming its an unsafe environment.
I don't know what's worse, the whole Shinjru bashing thing or the fact that you moved to Site5 and thinking you got the anonymity you want.

Signed up for a Managed VPS at Shinjiru.com because of anonymity, offshore locations and ability to pay with bitcoins.

Paid for 6 months of the VPS with cpanel upgrade.

Here are the 3 transaction hash from when I paid them:

So I received my VPS login info and try to get on my VPS. There was a Nigerian hacker already on the VPS, changing the password on the spot so I couldn't login again.
Contacted support and they changed the password, once again the hacker changed it again. The support asked me if I had sent an email from my server to some Nigerians email address... so eventually I requested a REFUND IN FULL, still have yet to receive it.

Avoid Shinjiru like the plague, Their environments are NOT SAFE for your wesbsite or web development.

I have since got with Site5 and having no issues at all, they accept prepaid debit card which worked for my anonymity.
