User is a full member with no past trust history who refused to use escrow and insisted on a "I pay half then he sends then I pay remaining half" payment scheme. Obviously a scammer trying to take advantage of a newbie account here. He was all for doing the trade until I mentioned using escrow. I told him if he is not open to using an escrow to protect both of us he is a scammer after he kept saying other options where I'm sending first.
