I was wondering if anyone knows more about this.  Firstly, the length of the device's warranty (I see some place mention 1 year others 6 months), and lastly - how to go about beginning the warranty process?

I fairly confident that I have erupters that have for some reason died (looked at my raspberry pi mining setup one day and nill - moved them over to a wintel box and nill.)  I see a bunch of posts with folks taking chips off and replacing X components - that's not me.  I just want to get these looked at and replaced, as they failed under standard working conditions.

I've e-mailed the folks that I bought this from (btc guild) but they mention a one month's replacement guarantee; and email'ed asicminer.help's gmail (the manufacture?).  So what would you recommend I do or is this the proper route so far?  Thanks.
