There are those who believe that nukes don't exist, and that ll the nuke tests, including Hiroshima and Nagasaki, were really just TNT or plastic explosives. So, until we get proof - other than controlled media or lying history stories - we don't even know that nukes exist. Wars are all based in fear mongering.
You know what rules are these countries at war are following? whoever presses that button of nuclear missile will have to face the entire world. It's for sure that they have these nuclear warfares but they are not going to use until they needed to do so. It won't happen unless they are in a real danger and they have no option but to use it in order for them to protect their nation or when they are in serious threat so they'd retaliate and attack.
....and guess what...soon they find that they can't stop cryptocurrency well it goes like everything else they have tried to ban....it will be Regulated and super legal exacly like the stock market was.
In terms of this, cryptocurrencies are widely known already and they are having some invention on their own to par it. I'm sure that you're aware of it which is what they're cookin', the CBDCs.
If you can enforce your war rules on anybody, it means that you have already conquered them.

About russia /ukraine....it means by war laws If ukraine been allowed to attack russia then for putin it means clearly those countries was giving the permission to ukraine ARE IN DIRECT war with russia now as ukraine was acting under those countries.
So the fact that it's russia and all the world against putin then Putin should follow to "law of war " 100% otherwise he knows what means If he don't follow the rules.
