What about that Cameroon vs Croatia game? FIFA itself puts this game at high possibility of manipulation, and I think some guy send to FIFA the result and who would receive the red card.

Also th famous Peru vs Argentina game in 1978, a well-known manipulated game:

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2098970/Argentina-cheated-World-Cup-1978-says-Peru-senator.html

So there is manipulation on World Cup games, only thing we can discuss is in what level.

A twitter account tweeted the exact match stats 24 hours before the match took place...

https://twitter.com/FifNdhs

He tweeted nearly every outcome before the game and then deleted the incorrect ones at the final whistle.
It's an old one on Twitter.

Almost like the time traveler ploy where you post the message of a successful trip back in time before the post that's supposed to take place before the actual trip.
I realize I may have now spoiled everyone by explaining that trick...

have you ever seen groups on facebook like Fixed Matches&Predictions?

They somehow always post the correct score 1 hour before the game

However I once stood up all night to check if it's true

First they posted a game which was already finished

Then they deleted the post and posted a new game which was already finished too

They posted it right in front of my eyes

However the post said 2 hours ago hm

Post manipulation, that's what's going on on twitter too probably..

A old trick which I noticed a lot of people doing and eventually they get found out but carry on doing it.

Could be a lot of luck obviously this guy loves it now. if he had it wrong no one would make a big fuss but because he got it right he will have loads of people calling him a god etc.

Fifa and it's corruption...strikes again...was sad to see how a lot of matches were fixed and the real good teams left the World Cup just for interest of corrupt people.
Please tell me the games you think were fixed.
I've been watching the game since 1958 and played at a decent level too......I saw no games that even hinted at being a fix.

if 1000 people say how the game will be, 1 person will probably be right.

As I can see, multiple facts are correct in this assumption. This is a bit concerning.
