For me borat is funnier than the dictator.
Yeah I thought that movie was pretty funny too. It got me to watch Bruno which was NOT as funny. There were a couple parts but it's just TOO FAR at times and makes it lame.

i didn't like the dictator cause i don't like scripted comedy. borat was better cause it was live acting with clueless participants.
