Let me know what everyone thinks by sending to 15qUzhfiMzweuVUyoc8rdX7G1sARSTz48A within the next 5 days. If we don't meet either amount by then, I will return any BTC sent. Any BTC over that level can either remain in the dev fund if you choose or I will return them to you.

You likely got this tweet from @poioniex, or "Poloniex" with an uppercase "i". We are working with twitter to shut this user down.

Yep, that is an Uppercase "i". They have a good deal of followers too - damn! Don't worry that is my BTC address used for the YAC dev fund, so anyone that sent will receive a refund.
