You should collect the information of the community and technology of Waves. From my point of view, it develops too slowly that I would prefer chosing another fantastic project instead. Also, if you are interested in it, you can but some of it, but not too much. I mean it still can make little profits for you.

I hope you are right in this. Waves has been performing great in the market but its price is still low as it should be. This means that waves is still a little bit undervalued as compared to what the project is offering to the market right now. The developers of the project are indeed very busy introducing Waves to all parts of the world and then announcing various updates. So far they have been earning the trust of several followers and investors. I hope the year will be a bigger one to their project.

Never thought that waves issue will be posted. I just want to know want happend to waves? Is waves still working as a payment method?

Waves are still slowly developing. I think it is a good project. However, the situation is that expectation has occurred and should develop faster.

Their project is the various platform in blockchain itself. I hope we can find the better group for waves in this year as well. In this year I didn't find any thread comes to discuss the waves growth.
waves dex is their most successful project hope they grow more further in the marketplace.

Yes the best coins I believe waves future would go increase this year. When you invest now, and hold for long time you can gain profit. Although were not certain for the exact price but waves possibly may rally to the higher price.

Oh yeah, sure, I have been leasing my Waves ever since I had my hands on them. I agree it is not much at all, but to me, it is a small bonus (plus every week I get back enough Waves to pay for 2 to 3 transaction fees) so I am not complaining at all. Like you said, the other airdrop tokens are also some small bonus. Right now not worth anything but yes, perhaps in 3 years?

Yes, theoretically WAVES has a very good prospects. But the project develops very slowly. The price is falling for several months already. I think a wise investor will not want to invest too much in such project.
The most important thing is the community and technology of Waves. I realize waves will slow down value growth. If I were an investor I would choose crytocurrency with new technology and a strong community. 
This is a real undervalued gem right now. It used to be in the top 20, have no idea why it's gone down. Development has been solid, and their smart contract and TX/s capability is much better than ETHs, it's essentially a better version of ETH. I think Waves will take off again soon.
The possibility why waves drop their ratings on the market cap is all because of the newly hyped and pumped coins which overtook some of the positions of the good coins out there if you will observe the top 20 coins right now some of them are newly created coins or some unpopular coins, got hyped or pump by some groups of whales to attract investors, that's their common way of making such coin more famous and costly.It was truly undervalued a few weeks ago, and even now it is still at an excellent price. Anything below $10 is still a great value buy though even at 12 I would still be adding more and more to it.
It has certainly dropped off the ratings, as you say because of other alts that have been strictly overvalued. Waves may be taking its sweet time to develop as a platform but it has so much in store.
i have hope for Waves but the problem is there are no many ICOs on waves as ETH or even now on NEO. Waves is a platform same as ETH or NEO but no really good project on waves so the price doesnt go up so much. If we see in coming days many ICOs project based WAVES than we can see easily $150.
I had and still have great hopes for waves. It’s not a random regular coin that will fade away. Waves is product of a hard work and it’s a smoothly working platform. It just needs couple of key points to improve but that requires some time. We should give waves little more time be the waves we are expecting.

I bought waves near enough at its ath at around $13 
I did by more though when it dipped but still my average is pretty damn high.
Although Waves hasn’t gone in the direction price wise as I would have liked and thought it would go, I’m still holding out. Doesn’t really matter if I’m holding out till end of year or even next. I put in what I could afford and believe it will go up in price, it’s just about the log game for me. I’ll be holding long term and hopefully it will pay off!!

)Just get on coinmarketcap and find a decent looking project with a very low marketcap. There's still some good projects out there with market caps of less than $10,000,000 or so. Those are what you want to buy into and hold. They're more than likely going to go up.

I also support waves from the day one and i am expecting it to reach much better numbers. I think it has all the ingredients required to be a succesful coin. Project it self is very promising and it's developers are qualified people. There is no reason for waves to not be as good as ethereum in long term. Tho it's going a bit slower than most of us expected but i think it will break it's chains before too long and it will reach hundred bucks in mid term.

if by "developers" you mean the idiots who create new ICOs every day then it is pretty obvious don't you think? i guess not.
the reason why these so called "developers" choose ethereum to create their shitty project is because they want to use the popularity of ETH and the advertisement they do and get some popularity that way.
it is like if i create a new ICO by only spending 30 minutes of copy pasting some other project and spend 90% of that time making a new ANN topic. if i do it on ETH a lot of idiots will join but if i do it on Waves a lot of the same idiots won't even know what Waves is because it is not as advertised and hyped up as ETH.
and the funny thing is the projects on Waves is better than the rest of the ICOs for some reason. possibly thanks to the more effort they put into creating them.
so easy they create a project and take a lot of money for their own wealth. but there are still many investors who are deceived and interested in investing there, in the end I laugh when they get stuck, firmly saying that the project is scam, shitcoin and others

It is a very good platform but it is not giving out any good project at the moment. Too many of these are scams and can´t be taken seriously, so the platform suffers.

Lately, the prospect of Waves 2018 will show an increase in prices in the crypto market because Platform waves has successfully won the sympathy of various industries because of its technology and blockchain applications. I read an article that Waves also made cooperation with the National Settlement Depository (NSD), a storage center of the Moscow Stock Exchange.
i also expect a good future for Waves, it is a good enough project with lots of interesting features specially features that are very hyped these days including smart contracts and decentralized exchange platform.

definitely the guys are developing, creating a closed ecosystem. Sasha Ivanov himself in an interview said that he keeps his coins and is ready to sell the part when they will cost $ 1000)). Of course, these are too bright dreams, but the fact that they will cost $ 20-30 at the end of 2018 is definitely. Was going to kick against this post - Waves again! Been holding that stone for a year now. But after trying out the beta platform - OMG! It looks a different gaaxy from what it used to be!

Waves is awsome! Have you been on their https://beta.wavesplatform.com ? It's an decentralised exchange, with beautiful layout. You also have all coins stored there (wallet), including coins made on waves platform. I really like it.
Waves is strong coin but now the price down very hard. The team should have plan to release some update and the price can increase again
It's because this is not a pump and dump coin where some traders are manipulating its price, they are one stable coin, it used to be$2 now it's almost gone to $7 and it's only a matter of time before it hit $20 or even above this year.
Since last year I see some people everywhere talking about Waves and telling that it will be huge soon. I bought some and I am holding since more than 6 months but it doesn't seem to move...
Personnaly I don't like their Decentralized Exchange, the design is not very good and I have some bugs sometimes when I try to use it.
Of course the team is still working on this coin (I hope) and it can be better in a near future but for the moment I don't see huge changes.
