The lower the market capitalization of a cryptocurrency, the more likely it is to die. The market capitalization of most of the 350 dead cryptocurrencies present in the Coinopsy catalog.com, was below $25 million. We have never seen a really large cryptocurrency crumbling (except for Bitconnect, but it was an undisguised Scam). The capitalization of the Waves today $212 million and it's a lot. When there is competition, then there is a drive for development. If each of the cryptocurrencies is too stable, the whole market will suffer, so it's good that there are weak coins and there are strong ones. It's natural selection. With the various advantages that Waves has as well as high security, it can be said that Waves's potential will be good in the future. I can not understand how this coin attracts you. I've been watching her for a month now and do not see the price move up. On the contrary, this coin continues to become cheaper.

It's an airdropped token which you get just by holding WAVES in your waves wallet. However, it doesn't have much value so it's not worth getting excited about, just focus on WAVES itself and let WCT accumulate in the background

They stopped distributing Waves Community tokens few months ago. You can only buy them now on the Waves DEX. Those who have the WCT are the first ones to get airdrops so you might wanna buy them when the price has dropped. 
I've been observing the WCT/WAVES market for some time now and it appears to me the price has broken free from the resistances seen through the Ichimoku cloud.

Distribution of WCT tokens has ended already. The full 10 million Waves community tokens are now in circulation. It is sad to see the price this low since the total amount of tokens are 1/10 of what Waves has. WCT should be worth more than Waves but the team needs to make it an important asset of the Waves platform in order for this to happen.
30-10-2017, the price of WCT has really gone down. Can't believe this coin was actually $7 once. I hope it rises soon.

If I'm not mistaken, it is just the percentage of the amount of Waves you have within your lite wallet before the 15th of every month. I don't know what is the exact percentage but I'm pretty sure that it is not the same amount of your Waves. You can still receive WCT even if you're leasing your Waves. For more information, it is better to join their slack channel and ask the people there.

I'm also wondering the same thing, I've had hundreds of tokens in my wallet for a few months, and only just received some WCT, however i lease out my waves most of the time, but had left 100 unleased this month for various trades, so wonder if its linked to your generating balance rather than total waves??
