I haven't heard of OnChain yet but I've definitely heard of Waves.

if that's it then onchain is nothing. you can't compare these two as onchiain isn't crowdfunded nor tokenized. its Multi Signature Bitcoin Wallet API as compare to WAVES which is a platform to which you can trade assets including coins as what I've read.
