I figured out a way.
It is really annoying to wait 360 seconds to post on here. Is there any way to pay to have this removed/lowered?
No. The only way to get a lower time limit is to get more activity.
With 15 activity, the limit will be only 75 seconds.

The time limit goes down the more activity you get.
