Is it not better for the OP to lock the thread? How would he feel if an allegation was made against him but after making the allegation the accuser did not present any evidence. Furthermore, if members were ignored when asking the accuser to present evidence to back up their claim it would not be appropriate therefore in that scenario most probably would be considered as an unsubstantiated allegation.

If members cannot post any evidence when making a claim/allegation why do they bother creating thread about their side of the story?

I thought as much because OP has not been online for some days now after the last post made. Although OP account shows some sorth of an active account though but maybe something must be taking OP time out there.
If OP can come up with some proof or evidence to back up his or her claims, then I believe it would be looked into for proper solution because  this can only be done when there is something to hold unto as back up for claims.

Well, it has been coming on to 10 days since the OP created the thread to tell us about his experience. It is very difficult to take a scam accusation seriously without being presented with some sort of evidence to peruse therefore what are we to make of the situation if every accuser was going to be believed as soon an accusation was made. I think the will not waste his time posting about this issue again.

OP must have had a bitter experience with the accused by it coming to here to accuse them without any backing evidence makes no point even though the accused is already defamed and being noted for such act. A proof can be okay not just mere words. From this one that does not know the history of the accused can comfortably and conveniently say that wazirx is being accused falsely for lack of evidence. So OP must or should be able to present proof to back up their claims.

The OP created this thread on 5th March 2024 but has not been online since that time. He really should have provided a detailed explanation that can be verified but he failed to provide it.

I am fairly sure we all have heard stories about how WazirX have been treating their customers but how much of that was after the Indian government brought in legislation forcing Indians citizens to use Indian based exchanges and how much of that is down to their falling out with Binance.

Hai guys,
those guys eaten my money they frauded me for 1000 USD i had deposited they locked me trading dont trust them they are fraudsters a criminal charge is going to be filed by me against them dont trust WAZIRX those mother fuckers charge heavy fees and eat all your money, bloody bastards

Indians use WAZIRX exchange WAZIRX has become important to Indians after the recent step of Indian government's ban on crypto exchanges due to which they are also trying to take advantage. My question is, are you Indian? Why are you interested in using this exchange if you are not Indian, there are already many problems against this exchange. When this exchange had a good relationship with Binance, there was a lot of talk about this exchange in the market. If you have any more proofs, adding them here would show what happened to you, because it would make it clear how they blocked your funds, and why you went to use this exchange.

That exchange is being used by a lot of Indians because (I believe) their laws were recently updated to ensure their citizens had to use Indian crypto exchanges that were based/registered in India and were not allowed to trade with those based outside of India. That exchange does seem to have a lot of negativity surrounding it.

It is a far distance from when it was doing well and had a great reputation which was why Binance invested in it before their relationship turned sour. That was years ago and now it seems they will not be able to regain their reputation.

Your topic did not add any details about WAZIRX or how they scammed you, but a fast search on Google shows that this service is not trustworthy, as they have low ratings on trustpilot[1].
Even positive reviews appear to be fake or paid, generally I tend to think they are scams and adding more details would be helpful.

Instant cryptocurrency exchange with own reserves!
Are you from India? If not, why did you choose to use that platform? Indian themself does not use that platform anymore because this platform has a lot of negative reviews. If you check India's's local board and search about this platform, you will find that India has been discussing this multiple times. It's not like that they recently started doing the shady things. They have been doing it for a while now. So, you should do your own research before you decide to use any platform. As others already suggested, fill the scam accusation format so we can know more detailed information about the scam.

As far as I remember, this exchange was operated by Binance before the original owner and CZ dispute occurred[1]. I don't know the rest of the story, I thought they had stopped operating and I was wrong. This means that the status of this exchange is in a gray area in terms of ownership and regulatory basis, users must be careful when using this exchange.

I've heard them before that they're legit and operational in India. In fact, just like any other exchanges they also have their own token which is named after the exchange and listed on Binance: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/wazirx/
But with all the details of how they've scammed you should be told and tell us more about it. I don't mean just because I've heard them long before and they have a token means that they're outright genuine. Though some problems do exists in every exchange for their customers when they're not satisfied with the service or when something goes wrong with their accounts and trading activities.

After the Indian government decided to ban several top trusted exchange platforms in the market, many Indian investors and traders resorted to using alternative exchanges. Still, they soon found themselves, like OP, falling victim to scams due to their failure to do sufficient research that would have prevented them from falling into untrustworthy exchange platforms that impose hefty fees on users, restrict their withdrawals, close their accounts, and many other fraudulent activities.

I have looked at the links mentioned by the previous members on this topic, and I firmly believe it is a scam platform. It does not seem to operate legally, as evidenced by its customers' ratings, feedback, and comments on these links and even on its official social media accounts.

They have had bad reviews since 2021 and on WAZIRX homepage you can easily spot they are fake, on their media sliders all the names of the popular media displayed are not clickable, if the exchange is real and transparent they will not post media banners that don't include articles about them, this is how scammers work.
And on the Google Play store they have a lot of bad reviews and many of these are just recent I don't want to take this against OP but he might haver missed all these warning signs.

I agree with Hugeblack that you should add additional information this is for reference that will help those who plan to use this exchange to make their decision.

The posts I saw at ninjastic.space say otherwise - they all praised it and claimed to have used it without any issue so it will be difficult for forum members to believe you without first verifying that you did any transaction there in the first place.

You can start by editing your post and include all the necessary information that proves that they are involved in any shady business. Below is the proper format to report a scam.
