Are you willing to do the same with cards not sold by you?

For a fee?

I've visited the bank to deal with Aesty's case on his behalf.

I successfully requested for withdrawal of all funds. Unfortunately it takes ~20 days before they give the money back. It's their standard security measurement.

Another good news for Aesty is that I didn't want him to expose to wait for such period of time. I care about my customers and I decided to return his deposit with own money - I'll later get it back from the bank when they will complete this case.

Case solved.

@Biznesmen

Any update on the card blocks?

Sent you PM.

@Mod

I still think this should be moved to service discussion like the mbank thread.

It's not ATM.

Take a look:

https://www.google.com/search?q=paczkomaty&prmd=ivns&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X

http://www.paczkomaty.pl/en

Someone has paid 37 PLN upon package pick up or online for the service.

It means someone had stolen your card details or cloned your card or you have been scammed.

Get rid of that card, it's compromised. Buy from a trusted source next time Smiley

Yesterday i do withdrawl with my new card that got activate this month, and its work !

I am not use that card for BTC things, just to receive money from affiliate and withdrawl it from ATM in my country.

I see some suspicious history in my card panel "PRE-PAID 483097******8749 PŁATNOŚĆ KARTĄ 37.00 PLN 1 PLN=0.2772 USD INPOST PACZKOMATY SP. Z O KRAKOW" anyone know what is this?

Where are you from?

It seems to be an ATM withdrawal in Krakow but I assume you're not polish so it seems strange.

I am from indonesia.

I check all of my cards history transaction and i see suspicious transactions at alieexpress online shop and withdrawal in Krakow.

I bought it from anowerify  https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/anonymous-visa-reloadable-cards-with-own-iban-from-12-free-shipping-510824

It is strange because how did someone can do an ATM withdrawal while i was changed default pin code with a new one.

I agree that BZWBK's policy regarding virtual currencies is ridiculous. They've changed their terms of service regarding prepaid cards - not allowed with transactions linked to BTC or any other virtual currencies.

However I'm laughing when I read all these negative comments regarding BTC existence in Polish banks.

There are 3 major BTC exchanges in Poland. Even if WBK starts to fu*k around with their customers, other banks settled in Poland will be pleased and thankful to process every transaction related to Bitcoins.

I speak from the source, trust me.

B.

P.S.
Polish BTC exchanges aren't blacklisted with the cards that I'm offering. You can load my ATM cards directly with Bitcoins from an exchange - ask first for instructions.

Aesty, I'm sure the bank made a mistake. They rarely (at least way less than mBank) block the cards in general, mainly because there was transaction connected to virtual currencies (but there are still couple of BTC exchanges that are not blacklisted) or when used in forbidden countries.

In your particular case Aesty none of them happened (at least based on your words). Like I told you I will visit the WBK's headquarters next week to solve your case.

I always help my customers and provide full support. I'm sure your case Aesty will be solved next week.
Take care.

Sup all,

Just got my card with 100 euros on it blocked, i top-uped the money by just sending it from my personal bank account to the iban of the prepaid card.
Called 5x to WBK Bank all the times with the answer: We cant help you through phone, you need to come personally to a branch in Poland.

Same story as with mBank, warning everyone, WBK is also screwing us over!

Total loss:

mBank: 250 euros
WBK: 100 euros.

More details please.

I'm using these cards right now without any problem.

There's always a risk associated with these cards.

I've heard about specific problems with BZ cards before, but not a massive screw over like mbank.

Contact the sellers in this forum and consider buying from them if them can help you solve your problem.

I used it yesterday without any sign of problem, and will use today.
