For $WBTC on the Fantom network, you can trade on Beethoven X. There are several pairs available such as WBTC/USDC, WBTC/WFTM, WBTC/WETH, WBTC/BRUSH, WBTC/BEETS. And AFAIK, until now there's not a single CEX that supports Bitcoin (BTC) deposits using the Fantom network, this can be seen from Binance which has not integrated it on their platform, if it doesn't exist on Binance, I'm not sure there are other CEXes that support it.

I have no idea but the only way to know is to check all of its markets or get the idea from where it is listed if they support the Fantom Network that it has got.

To get an idea, just ask the support or look at their withdrawal on what are the networks or chains does it support fro the WBTC that are listed on these exchanges on that list.
