Found an interesting ICO that I thought I would share here.

)They are running a giveaway, where they are giving about 10 bucks in tokens away for new signups.
Basically, they are creating a giant decentralized exchange, with microscopic fees. The reason this looks like a great service, is that they promise to have a product by the time they *start* their ICO.
So that means that before anyone forks over money for the tokens, they will have an opportunity to see the product in action.
We shall see, but just wanted to share, because I thought this was a cool thing.
